My Dad has been at Silverado for nine months, and I'm pleased with the dedication of the staff. Despite some challenges, they provide consistent and high-quality care. Although the facility is not perfect, the staff's commitment and continuous efforts to improve services have comforted us. The additional support from hospice has also been terrific. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care my Dad has received at Silverado.
Silverado in St Charles, Il is the best Senior Care facility that I have ever experienced. As a member of the clergy, I am in and out of senior care facilities weekly. Silverado has a team approach in working with residents that is responsive and caring. The facility is beautiful. Spacious, sunny and open. If there is a need or a question, someone from the team is always present and it is handled promptly. I think Silverado St Charles is the Best of the Best.
