I searched every complex with a pool in Ramona. After meeting Valerie the manager I felt so much better. She is and has been so kind and helpful since the day we met. I had several bad experiences with other managers just trying to arrange a walk through. Not here. Apartments are great and the friendly neighbors make this a great home for my kids and myself. I honestly couldn’t be happier with everything about this complex.
Valerie, the property manager, is an amazing, kind-hearted soul! She truly cares about her residents and has gone above and beyond in helping me look for a new place to call home. Thank you so much, Valerie! : )
Valerie was so helpful and kind in the 7 years that me and my family lived in these apartments. When moving out she was very understanding and considerate of my Dad’s passing, and ensuring we had enough time to get everything moved out and settled.
