Lived here 6 months. Relieved to move out 12/1/25. Manager,Nancy refuses to deal with dangerous and threatening neighbors who caused myself and other residents to live in fear. Property poorly run, dumpsters overflow with trash weekly, Manager dos not allow any sense of community. I was shocked with my experiences especially as Silverado is a 55+ senior property. So glad I am now in a much better place
I've been living in my apartment for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The community is quiet and is well maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. I love how spacious my apartment is, and the management team has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've needed anything.
