Our family’s experience at Silverado Senior Apartments led us to ultimately relocate my elderly mother at our expense, due to ongoing cigarette smoke concerns. She moved in under a Non-Smoking lease in 2018. After new onsite management arrived around 2020, cigarette smoke repeatedly entered her unit over a period of several years, affecting her belongings and living environment. Lived here 6 months. Relieved to move out 12/1/25. Manager,Nancy refuses to deal with dangerous and threatening neighbors who caused myself and other long term residents to live in fear in our building. I am referencing the small building at back of property that is out of the main stream of property. Property poorly run, dumpsters overflow with trash weekly, Manager dos not allow any sense of community. So glad I am now in a much better place
I've been living in my apartment for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The community is quiet and is well maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. I love how spacious my apartment is, and the management team has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've needed anything.
