I have enjoyed the apartment I currently rent, I have had minimal issues to none at all with other tenants and front office staff. I look forward to continuing renting here at Silverado.
I have lived here for little over four years. Whenever I need something addressed or have an issue either summer, Day or obi are always willing to help me out. They always try to address any issues. I’ve never had a problem with the front office. The ladies upfront are sweet as can be. I’ve dealt with apartment managers, and summer is by FAR the best manager i’ve ever had. I’ve lived in apartments my whole life.
1+ yrs living here with cats! Hesitant on putting 4 stars, though it's to no fault of the apartment complex. 5 stars for mine and my boyfriend's first apartment together. We've had no issues ourselves, but I recommend getting a dolly for your laundry. Our neighbors have dealt with theft and people breaking into their cars, but that's just Albuquerque.
