The treatment of the seniors who reside at the Glades Pioneer Terrace in Belle Glade, Florida, is very disrespectful. No one deserves to be talked to like they are a child or an imbecile. Question how is a resident who is waiting for the bus or another resident out in front of the building considered loitering? Also, is it the nature of your company to threaten the residents with evictions when they have legitimate questions about the behavior of staff members? This creates a fearful environment for the residents.

The Cedar Hills Residents' Association meets regularly to discuss community concerns. After each meeting, the association emails these concerns to both the on-site staff and the off-site management team (Silver Tree Residential). My mother has lived at Cedar Hills for over 10 years and since Silver Tree Residential has taken over as management she and all the other residents have slowly but surely watched the decline of the place they call home, and the place they call their community.
