I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in with long hair and specifically asked to keep my current layered haircut (long layers) and only trim the ends. Despite the language barrier, I confirmed multiple times that I wanted to keep the same style. The stylist initially showed me a small length to cut, but ended up cutting off much more than agreed. By far the worst haircut I've ever gotten. Went here for a haircut before a big big event, got a 20 min hack job with clippers that look like a rat gnawed on my hair. She took no time to assess or plan and basically just whacked at my hair with the clippers like she was pruning weeds. If you are a man looking for a short haircut, stay far far away. I'm gonna go have to get it buzzed tomorrow and wait for it to grow out.
