I was having problems getting a new cart to seat properly on 2 freshly charged non-prepriotory cart batteries I'd previously gotten from the store due to the 510 threads being slightly different than the 510 threads of various other carts I'd purchased there, and the staff went unbelievably above and beyond resolving the issue to my satisfaction, and not only will I continue to patron this location, I highly recommend it as the best value and customer service dispensary in Saratoga Springs.
Staff is friendly and prices are pretty good compared to the rest of the dispensaries in the area. I just wish they would get their medical so I could get discounts and have the sales tax removed.
