Do NOT get insurancw with them! I would give them a 0 if I could. They only want me to pay premiums (about $1,000 per month) but they have NO interest in helping me get any medical care for my back which is causing me severe pain. I understand why some people hate health insurance companies.

Worst insurance I have ever had. I am disabled and have been fighting for SSDI for 2 years now. I relocated to NV from FL in April. SilverSummit withheld my migraine medication for over 2 months, I was eventually able to get samples but the damage had already been done, two weeks off my meds left me with a constant low grade migraine with major migraine spikes occurring every 2 to 3 days for over 3 months.
