Worst insurance I have ever had. I am disabled and have been fighting for SSDI for 2 years now. I relocated to NV from FL in April. This company is nothing but a scam! I called this morning to ask some questions about my coverage and have been getting spam calls about insurance all day long to the point that I'm ready to change my phone number. They will sell your personal info in a heartbeat and you will be RELENTLESSLY HARRASSED!!! I am going to cancel my plan at the end of the year and go back to my work insurance. This company does not listen to its members complaints. They sent me to Horizon Rehab at 660 south Martin Luther King Blvd on April 23rd of 2024 by the 25th I made my first call complaining about the care and quality. I have over 115 calls to silver summit advising them that the rehab they recomended was poor or non existent. 9 weeks of no therapy while waiting on prosthetic legs when this time could have been used to build core strength.
