My husband and I recently rediscovered the Tavern and have been exceedingly pleased with our dining experience. The food is fantastic but the staff is exceptional. At our second visit they considered us "regulars " and remembered what table we sat at previously! I really enjoy talking to the owner as he always makes it a point to to go from table to table to speak with patrons. Oh, and if you like blue cheese, order the salad wedge...its outstanding!
