I applied for the unit, got approved, and went in to sign the rental agreement. They gave me a move-in date, took a $300 deposit to hold the apartment, and told me everything was good to go for July 18 move-in. At this meeting, I asked the leasing manager, Francine, some questions regarding the security deposit and what steps to take with documenting during the move-in process.
