Rude receptionist named Diamond Y. She made it very challenging to even schedule an appointment or check if they took our insurance. I followed up after 2 weeks of not hearing from her, even after sending my insurance documents and personal info. Called again and she asked the same questions & proceeded to say they don't make phone calls to check referrals. She sounds like she doesn't want to do any work and sounds lazy. Avoid like the plaque! Waited 6 months for an appointment to come back and say we are pending credentialing! This doctor only cares about the profits and doesn’t care about your children! Take at your own risk!
Great Doctor, great experience overall, would recommend to anyone
He is very professional and very friendly my son felt very comfortable with him during evaluation. He explained everything before and after evaluation.
