I had called Silver State Forklift on a Friday afternoon around 3:30 pm even though they closed at 4:00pm Doug was willing to come out and look at my lift and fix it there on site if possible. He was at the shop withing 10 minutes, looked at the lift and told then told me that the lift would have to be taken back to the shop to do some repairs that could not be done on site.
