I recently needed to get an appraisal cause my Aunt had passed away & I wasn't really sure what I needed to have. I called Silver State Appraisers & spoke to Mr. Feldman, he was so helpful & knowledgeable. He knew what I needed to have & explained it all to me, which is more than the other places did, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I needed an appraisal for a divorce and another appraiser dropped the ball and couldn’t complete it on time. I called 5 appraisers and Bruce was the only who answered the call. He was able to come out to the property the same day I called and I received the report the following day. I was very happy with the service! Very professional and courteous.
