I called to ask for more information about their services, and i didnt even get a word in aside from "Hello" as I was RUDELY interrupted!!!!!!!! and with a very disgusting attitude for a Customer Service! She said "I'am BUSSSSYYYY...Im busyyy" word per word! with a high pitched voice!!!! I dont know who owns this facility but you might want to re-trained your employee on how to provide PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! VERY Disappointed for people who actually wants to try the service!! Horrible people there. Very bad service and asked for high price.
I called to know the details . The lady answered the phone was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I asked her is it $80 for body and foot massage? She goes like your not paying $400 and that’s it she hang up the phone Their next door massage is offering $67 for 90 minutes foot and body massage. Definitely not recommending silver star spa to anyone at all They should not be in business while they don’t even know manner.
