I've been a tenant with Silver Star Properties for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. The building is always well-maintained, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication with management is smooth and professional. I’ve even recommended a close friend to one of their buildings and they’ve had the same positive experience. It's rare to find property management that actually cares, but this team really does. Highly recommend!
I've been a tenant of Silver Star for almost 2 years, and have had an absolutely positive experience thus far. They are prompt to respond to emails, and prompt to take action whenever we need anything for the unit. Maintenance and other services are always quick and easy, and every experience I've had with personnel from top to bottom has been kind and pleasant. Would certainly recommend finding out if they have the right unit for you before looking elsewhere.
I have been renting for almost a year from Silver Star and I appreciate their timely response, communication, and friendliness. I would highly recommend!
