I had a really disappointing experience with Silver Star Plumbing. We recently bought our home, and the water heater — which they originally installed — started having issues. When I contacted them, they told me the warranty wasn’t transferable because we weren’t the original owners. Fair enough — but then they quoted me $2,500 to replace it! These guys are awesome...On time, straight talk, quality service and a follow up after the repairs, and a fair price. Best Plumbers in town, also used them for a drain repair on my Business, and they had me up and running in 24 hours.
The service I received was excellent The plumber was punctual, polite and courteous He fixed two toilets for $235 including new parts This was less than I expected and a fair deal I will use Silver Star again if I need plumbing services
