I brought my vehicle in due to a loose window switch and was informed that the repair would be covered under warranty provided there was no outside influence. I was then asked to sign an estimate with the assurance that warranty coverage would apply. Later, I was told the repair was not covered because “debris” (specifically lint) between the buttons allegedly caused the looseness. This explanation was unconvincing. They hit my car on one of the columns. And Then denied it.
They will gladly sell you a car when it’s time to fix it then will make every excuse in the book not to do it. They kept my car for over 2 weeks didn’t fix anything actually came back with a flat that they were trying to cover up also stay away from Advisor Firsy Molina
