Greedy!! Car had a vibration problem which no one could solve so I took it to the what I thought were the experts. They charged me $300 to diagnose the problem. They couldn't find what was causing the so I didn't want to pay for nothing (why should they get $300, I get nothing return?). This is were it got nasty. They would not give me my car back unless I cough up the money on the spot. In other words, they held my car for ransom. I said give me the car and send be the bill but they wouldn't.
