Peter is an honest shop owner and has techs who know what they are doing. Peter's crew did a complete transmission fluid replacement on my C55 AMG for a fair price, and, although the C55 was totaled and I didn't have any chance to bring it back to Silver Star for service, on numerous occasions Peter discussed potential trouble areas with my car over the phone and was kind enough to do this without complaining or being short. Usually don't write reviews online, but felt the need. We used Silver Star Motors for an older Mercedes a few years ago and had a good experience with routine maintenance. Now with two newer Mercedes, we got the pre-paid maintenance plans so we haven't used Silver Star in a while. Came in today because I had a nail in my front tire, and they were very professional and quick with the fix. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend them for any aftermarket maintenance needs.

I'm a long time Mercedes driver and a car enthusiast who is very particular about cars. Sometimes even too much particular :) For years I was looking for a good and reliable place to service my cars. I tried all big name Mercedes dealers in the area. And I have a ton of stories. The one in Tyson forgot to tighten my oil plug and I had oil all over the motor compartment. Horrible service and totally incompetent. They changed me a lot to diagnose a problem that they said that they didn't want to deal with because "they only wanted quick in and outs" and it turned out to be something completely different and easily solved. If I could give them a zero rating, I would!

I can always rely on Peter, Adam, and Jay to do a wonderful evaluation and repair of my vehicles. They are trustworthy and I never need to question their ethics, which is especially important as a woman, who notoriously (and unfortunately) are taken advantage of in this arena. The team move accurately and swiftly to make multiple or simple repairs/maintenance, as needed. So happy to be a long-time customer (8+ years) for as long as I've had my vehicles.
