Stranded in Minneapolis by Delta, flew American to Charlotte, via Philly. Reserved car with car rental to drive to Asheville, only to be denied because I didn’t have 2 forms of photo ID. Enter a car rental agent who recommended Silver Star. Mike picked me up at the Charlotte airport and took me to the Asheville airport.
