Excellent service, unbeatable prices, prompt repair times. If you're in need of auto repairs, don't hesitate to check out this shop. Hank was incredible and very honest guy. Went for an A/c recharge and he told me everything about it and it was very good deal. $100 for the service and recharge. He show me every step and how it works. Amazing service and job!
My brakes gave out on me while heading to work one day so I called a few shops to get estimates and everyone wanted me to bring my suv in to get a better understanding. I stated the brake line busted because it was pissing brake fluid. Silver star was the last place I called and Hank took my call and told me what was what and how much it would cost (roughly) so you bet I had my suv towed there (One thing I like, is someone who is straight forward.) I use to be a faithful customer here. Took my car in to get my AC fixed about a year and a half ago. This shop said it was the blower motor and blower resistor. I agreed to the work, paid $800. Go to pick my car up &, the ac is still not working, said it might be the fan and also a new problem, my fuse kept blowing. Rich said they would have to investigate further and it would be more money. I paid what I owed and left. Why should i have to pay more when you guys told me the problem and supposedly fixed it?
