Just to inform everyone that will be returning to Silver Spur Ranch this winter to be prepared for no internet service, it was working great before the new changes went into effect. Will keep you updated.
We have a very clean and quiet park. Pets and service animals are welcome. We have had several tenants with Certified service animals. If someone is downloading movies, it will interfere with the WiFi speed. We invite everyone to come visit our park.
Silver Spur Ranch has many customers who return every year to enjoy our lovely AZ weather in a beautiful park. Amenities include large clubhouse, heated swimming pool, 2 heated spas, huge dog run, 3 shower buildings, 3 laundries, and a billiard room. We invite you to visit us and ask one of our tenants how they like it here. We keep our rents low and our property clean.
03/12/12: The Water is off again yet we didn't receve a notice for when this is gonna happen as described in the lease agreement. Why is the water always off?. Every time I turn around there is no water. Last I checked we are suppose to get a notice for when this is going to happen and we never do. Its always an unpleasant surprise.. ALSO They claim to have free wifi but it NEVER works

The water was off for a short period to conduct emergency repairs. The park had other buildings on site equipped with restrooms and showers if needed that were not affected and had water to them. The Wi-Fi is state of the art and performs well. If there problems, we reboot and have the system up within minutes. If you're unhappy with anything, please visit the on-site manager to resolve any issues.
Arizona's Worst Park – There is no complaint system without it being held against you,Tonto Management personell will call you or your Dr's names, nothing is done about any complaints by the manager, You must be friends with the manager to get away with anything. Service animals are barely tolerated,even though following fair housing act. nothing in here is right from the manager up through the management company. every thing is run down and not in good repair. Hostile living environment – Since my parents have moved into this park, they have been harassed and discriminated against by the management. The manager has her "favorites" in the park and it seems as if they do not have to follow the rules like everyone else. When management is confronted about others violating the rules, my parents were dismissed and labeled as complainers. Getting Ripped Off and forced to move – I was being evicted after having to sign-up for SRP after being there for over half a year. Laura the park manager told me I would get my electrical deposit back once I turned in the paperwork showing I had my own SRP account. I did that and they both Rachael and Laura refused to give me my deposit back saying I never paid the dposit. You can't move in without a depoist. I stayed at Silver Spur again this year and it was even better than last year. I made a lot of new friends and everyone in the park was very friendly. Their new dog run is great! The coffee and doughnuts were as good as I remember from last year.
Mesa RV Park – We are having a wonderful time at this resort. The facilities are very nice, we especially enjoy the heated swimming pool. The staff are friendly and host many tenant functions. They also offer very low rates compared to comparable parks in the area. We pay $1800.00 per year, the monthly rate is $209.00 plus electric.
