Professional work Professional communication, explained what was being done and what needed to be done as well as being concerned with what happens when u prolong. Cleaned up the best he could. Their smiles did it for me and eye contact ,they love what they do and it shows . Been having a leak for months and they r the only company that was concerned enough to find it .( I've had several other plumbers here tell me there's no leak meter not running but water bill doubled ,silver spur found it.)
Installation Review- The pricing was competitive, and Josh did a great job explaining what to expect throughout the process. He was able to schedule the installation for the following day, which was very convenient. Will arrived on time and was extremely professional. He went above and beyond to address and resolve issues that were not identified during the initial assessment. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend their service.
Great experience with Silver Spur. Had a competitor that offered an estimate (without ever visiting our property) that seemed a little too good to be true. Without disparaging the competitor, Josh showed me the areas where their estimate didn’t pass the sniff test and where I’d probably end up having to spend more money once they actually got onsite. Joe R came to do some warranty work on my AC today. He was clean, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again. The digital assistant that they have answering the phones after hours is quite advanced but was unable to assist me directly with an appointment.
