Avoid this water delivery service! They are completely disorganized. In fact, they constantly messed up our order and worse, sent bogus invoices and try to rib off people with inaccurate fees and services one has apparently used, including missing dispenser and bottle charges (even though they have been returned). It's a hassle -- one could even argue, impossible -- to deal with them as they might just hang up on you, don't respond at all, or are extremely rude otherwise. I’m only giving a 5 because Freddy is kind and patient, I trust him in my home, and he is very kind. I was going to change water delivery company, because they hitting my account twice in one day. I gave permission for the first charge not the second. If it wasn’t for Freddy I would of found another water delivery service that comes to my area.
