I stopped by to get some information and Tiffany was absolutely wonderful! Amazing customer service and very helpful and knowledgeable! Going to be swinging by again next week to book a storage unit!
THIEF! I RENTED A 10X10 FOR ONE MONTH. LEFT THE UNIT IN GREAT CONDITION. HE STILL HASNT SENT BACK MY DEPOSIT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IS PERSON.
Steve LeGrand is very unprofessional. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t even deal with this trash company. These storage units are in the ghetto, and have an elderly man living on the premises. As you can see from the other reviews, I’m not the only one who has had trouble. There are plenty of other storage units to use in cape at the same price, don’t deal with unprofessional, incompetent management if you don’t have to.
