Wanted to support a local business by coming here may have been one the worst mistakes of my life the staff was so rude very in titled had the worst attitude every very I mean very unprofessional don’t make the day mistake I did drive the extra 20 mins go somewhere more welcoming
A very unprofessional place. The secretary was extremely rude and was sitting there with a christmas blanket on her lap. That is extremely unprofessional and should not be in patient care settings. On top of this, they refused to see me because they told me my appointment was at 7 & miraculously expected me to know their doors would be open at 6:45. However, the building itself does not open until 7. No warning was given when I made the appointment over the phone. It was absolutely ridiculous and pure laziness on the doctor ... read more
Dr. Vickery is very attentive..She listens to your explanations and also listens to your input on your healthcare..I think that is an excellent quality for a dr. to have now a days
For 4 yrs we have been going there and paying cash to see a P.A for refills..Never the same staff..Always $120.00 and as soon as they realized we were cash paying patients they wanted $220.00..Then proceeded to tell us we have always paid that amount..They are price gouging people and I have receipts saved for tax reasons and I proved we never ever paid that price and all they can do is say sorry..I would of given no stars..beware people..This place has gone down so bad in care..
