I wish the electric bills weren't so high - but that's probably more an energy company issue than your issue.
Maintenance team (one person in particular) has been rude on several occasions. We have completed most of our own maintenance to avoid contacting the maintenance team.
I would like to have one designated parking space per unit
Enforce the dog waste a little bit more.
More opportunities to participate in community events. My old apartment complex always had small events or little things they did for the apartment complex community. It was nice to socialize with my neighbors and property managers.
