The acoustics are probably the biggest problem with these apartments - the joists sound like they are made of 2X4s! No matter how quiet the upstairs neighbors try to be you can hear EVERY movement. We also had a problem with a neighbor who was angry that we parked on her side of the building. I have two small boys and parking on the same side as the apartment was a safety issue - she told me to 'move your f**** car, you don't live here!' Charming!
