I have been living here since September 2023. I have been very happy here. It is quiet, maintenance is quick and professional. I feel safe and comfortable here .
Edit: We just moved out a few weeks ago. We got charged a $100 damage fee for carpet even though there was nothing wrong with it! Total scam. Not sure if we got an unlucky apartment or what but we have had constant issues since we moved in 2 years ago. Within a few weeks of moving in, our air conditioner broke. We called the emergency maintenance line since it happened over the weekend and they wouldn’t send someone out to fix it since it wasn’t 80 degrees outside (it was 79).
