I had an issue with a package delivery, and the team at Silver Spring Station Apartments truly went above and beyond to help me. UPS marked my package as delivered, but I never received a code for the Amazon Hub, which caused a lot of confusion. I was sent back and forth between UPS and Amazon, with each one telling me to contact the other, and Amazon eventually told me to reach out to the facility manager. My mom lives here and was sold on the complex being smoke free but it is not.Her BGE shot up most likely because of the 10plus year old washer and dryer that has been repaired 4x now.$250 bge for an apartment that she is not home most of the day.She is paying for an updated apartment.The staff is friendly and maintenance is fast but she most likelt will not renew her lease
Demi was really nice with explaining the lease terms and very accommodating with I and my twin.
The name is misleading as these are not in Silver Spring (nor near Silver Spring Station).
Ms.Sharon is the most wonderful leasing consultant I have ever encountered! She showed me how great the community was and the staff was just as pleasant. Great place to lease!
