They charged me $525 for smoke damage for cooking food after I moved out. They did not show up to inspect when I was living there even I requested so. Scammers!

Silver spring station apartments are awesome no complaints until recently some neighbors are so inconsiderate they need a house as much as I love my apartment and the community I will not be staying a third year if the problem isn't solve they have great maintenance clean the apartments are huge it's just a awesome and blessed place to call home
I like this place and strongly want to consider moving there this year but I hate carpet smh I wonder if they have non carpeted units
We love living at Silver Spring Station Apartments. We recently had a plumbing issue and called maintenance department. A nice gentleman named Larry, responded within an hour. He assessed the problem, showed us what the problem was, and told us he needed to get additional parts to make the repair. He returned shortly and worked continuously for an hour.
