I’ve unfortunately had a few lukewarm experiences with the folks behind the desk. Both gentlemen we dealt with were brusk , not very forthcoming with information, and took our frustration a bit too personally. We were bummed to find out that there was no recreational swim happening on a day that MCPS was closed. The man behind the desk looked right at us, didn’t greet us and said flatly-“there’s no rec swim.” Otherwise, the facilities are clean, beautifully designed and convenient.

This has nothing to do with the center, we love the center. This is about a front desk staff working on 5/24 at 0920. He has no manners and flat out told me he would not admit to a swim lesson schedule mistake or late cancellation.. A small gesture of acknowledgment of the situation was all ha had to do like his 2 other colleagues.

First time, visiting very clean gym weight room, size kind of small but manageable.Excellent swimming pool even though I didn't swim this time.I plan on in the future staff.Excellent
