Fabulous facility!
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your facility. I found the environment extremely unwelcoming and poorly managed. Several employees were not only rude but also made me feel harassed. The way staff interacted with guests—particularly women—was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Very rude operator. My child didn't want to leave and cried. We were a little late in the pool for a few minutes after our class. The operator came up to me and, in a rude way, said you have to leave as the pool is closed. I understand this perfectly. It was our first time. We were a little late getting out on time. I explained to him to give me 2 minutes. I would talk to him and he would leave. To which he very rudely said to me in response: take him in your hands and get him out. Very rude and not professional.
