Dr. Ye sent my son home to die when he was showing obvious symptoms of respiratory failure. Since then the office is having parents write nice reviews for her to try and silence my comment and denounce the severity of her negligence and the distress my family endured because of it. I could have LOST A CHILD because this doctor could not have cared less whether or not my son made it into the next day. As a father, I’m extremely disappointed and upset with the experience my 7-year-old son had at this practice. He’s been a patient here since birth, so we trusted them with his care. A few weeks ago, we brought him in to see Dr. Ye because he had a high fever for 5 days, severe lung pain, and was clearly not acting like himself. My 7 year old grandson used to be a patient of Dr. Ye. He saw her from birth. He was airlifted to Children’s Hospital where he stayed in the ICU for 2 days following a visit where Dr. Ye ignored all of his symptoms. Prolonged high fever, obvious respiratory distress, lethargy, incessant cough. She sent him home to die.
