I visited the Silver Spring Jewelry store to locate a men's bracelet. Upon entering the store, I was courteously received by the sales personnel. I articulated my requirements, and I was presented with an exquisite selection. I selected the item that pleased me, and I am highly satisfied with my purchase. I have been a longstanding patron of this establishment and intend to continue my patronage. /s/ Reginald Hardman
I have quite a bit of broken gold pieces and missing earrings. Jewelry I just didn’t wear anymore, also took in some sterling silver that I had I never had worn. I went to the silver spring jewelry store in White Oak Oh my goodness the girls in there were amazing. I wish I could remember their names. I’m actually gonna go back today because I have to pick up a chain that they’re repairing and I have a couple other things that I found that I’d like to get rid of. They were so helpful. Write another review when I get back late... read more
Good experience good communication in the Spanish and English. They do a good service good price. I recommend it
Very bad service! I dropped off my watch to have the battery replaced. The staff said the watch had a broken part. They changed the battery and told me they couldn't set the time because it was broken... but I was never informed that it was broken.
