I would like to thank Ms. Renee for the opportunity to live here and having me settle in within these apartments. So far it's been quiet, and relaxing. The management have been great! Happy with their great services here!
Ineffective pest control. Roach problem is out of control in the building.They don't communicate when pest control is a no show or cancels. Do better.
The building is nice and there is plenty of parking on site. Ms. Morris made the application process quick and simple!
It’s the good place but the management of the apartment is not good.
Great team of building reps in the building manager, Renee and the building engineer supervisor, Chris, they are very attentive to the building needs and the tenants. I hope that this team stays as this is the 3rd set of building reps since I moved here two years ago and Renee and Chris are ecceptional! The Silver Spring House is a nice but old building, situated in a quiet tree lined location in downtown Silver Spring.
