It took me 7 weeks to get approved for 26 hours. I had a provider who tried to apply online and the app wasn't working properly.The provider I had was certified in healthcare.Silver Spring only sent half of the application and said that they sent all of it.They stressed me out with the whole process as well as my provider for a week. I've done had two blackouts and falls breaking several fingers both times and still had to go thru this.I DO Not want anything to do with Silver Spring Health Care.Ill find someone else!
I have left 4 voicemails for Dawn in 2 weeks, and is told she is sitting in her office with no phone calls back, Unprofessional.
