Dr. Clarke is the best and the staff is so accommodating Dr. Clarke will listen to any concerns I have and run the necessary tests. Nobody knows your body better than you do. It’s important to find a provider that will listen to you
I scheduled an appointment online and arrived at the office expecting to be seen. The receptionist informed me that the appointment had not been confirmed and asked me to wait. When I was called, Lor appeared irritated, spoke very quickly, and her voice was unsteady. Experience was treacherous. Staff is horrible. Whoever the woman is that answers the phone needs a new job because this one is clearly not for her. I confirmed my appointment online the day before for them to call me 2 hrs before my appointment to tell me it was just a request, and they have no availability for the entire day. How inconvenient and inconsistent. Furthermore, the miserable front desk lady hung up the phone on me after rejecting to schedule me at all. This has never happened to me.
