I would give a minus -100 if I could. Delivery did not make it to my Granddaughters last day of work celebration. I ordered 24 hours in advance, as they advertise - Same day delivery. They still didn’t delivery it in 25 hours. They lie. It doesn’t matter how money you spend—they simply can’t complete an order on time. This place is in MD. Out of state for me. I should’ve used a Local Florist. No photos to add because of NO Delivery.

Went in to purchase flowers was told there were no flowers. Very upset that everything was empty. Took awhile for someone to acknowledge I was even in the main area.

Quick service for a walk-in. $85 for a dozen roses with baby's breath and a vase. $6 less without the vase. Took 15 minutes to make the arrangement for a walk-in. cash discount

I ordered flowers and it was supposed to be same day delivery and it was not. I received a message saying it was and then to find out it was not. Then I called the customer service and they wanted to tell me that it was delivered and gave a time and then told after digging deeper when I said I want my money back. They said oh we see it was not truly delivered. They finally delivered the next day and then the flowers was not even close to what I ordered.
