I was looking forward a beauty supply store and ran across this one. The store was clean and organized. I also received top tier customer service. I will definitely go there again and I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs beauty supplies.
UGH!! There's an older woman there who is often too busy or distracted to help customers. The other day I was there and she informed me she was too busy to continue assisting me and to come back later when she had time. Not "let me get someone else to help you" just "I'm done helping you, go away" lol. I was ready to purchase something, too. Clueless. The worst customer service EVER!!!😬
Way to expensive. They want $25 for a 16oz Shine and Jam. That's diabolical lol. The owner, or whoever was behind the register seemed a little standoffish, but the staff stocking the shelves was helpful.
The store has decent prices overall, but it felt a bit disorganized. It took a while to find what I needed, and the layout could definitely use some improvement. My biggest issue was the $6 credit card surcharge — there were no signs posted anywhere about this extra fee, so it caught me off guard at checkout. Just a heads-up to bring cash if you stop by.
