RecommendedOur wedding was September 15th. Toni, Katlynn& Kathy were the best! Everything we needed they made sure we had it. The venue is very beautiful. Everything went very well. So happy we chose Silver Shores to have our wedding.
We had the most beautiful ceremony and reception yesterday! The staff was so helpful with making sure that everything we invisioned came to life... They really went above and beyond! It was a magical day!!!
The scenery sells itself but the staff was very professional and attentive to everything needed !!!!! My husband sent a couple up there to look at the venue

The staff at this location were so friendly and accommodating. When we got to the location they staff made sure the bridal party had everything they needed. We were devastated to realize that we accidentally printed the seating chart completely wrong...but Kaylyn jumped into action assisting us to create a completely new one. She let us use her office and took two hours out of her day to make sure we got everyone perfect. We were there last night for the Taste of Downriver. The venue is beautiful, staff very welcoming and attentive. The food was the best of the night! 👍👍
Just had a gathering for our Mom's 80th birthday on August 7, and we can't thank the staff enough for a perfect party! Heard nothing but compliments on the food (esp. the roast beef au jus) Everything was prepared as it should have been, and the staff kept the buffet stations clean and filled. Alice, Toni, Kathy and the rest of the staff were so professional and kind, and many thanks to all of them. We had some last minute requests, and they had them taken care of right away. This venue is a gem downriver!
Food was good but cold! It began to rain and staff couldn’t get sides of tent closed which led to flooding and numerous guest being completely soaked trying to close the sides. Staff was rude, unprepared and uncaring! Guests moved tables and chairs inside along with with DJ equipment. Ceiling was leaking in places on the inside. They refuse any type of reimbursement or even an apology. I would never recommend this venue to anyone.
