Beautiful neighborhood with a playground at its center. Nice houses for rent at a decent price. Friendly people all around.
Lived here for 3 years. Property Manager, Amanda, was great, but it’s now under new ownership. They don’t respond to emails, refused to help when I notified them of a terrible roach infestation, and got rid of Amanda who was the only good thing about the place. Other than it having a nice little beach on silver lake, the park is filled with thieves as I’ve had my car broken into and things from my yard stolen by my neighbors, such as my lawn chairs and a metal fire pit.
