I used to really enjoy this community. I began renting a home here 6 years ago and purchased my own home within the community 3 years ago. Without fail every year the rent increases around $50. I understand businesses cost money, etc... The last two years the "beach access" was so nasty with leaves and duck/goose feces that my kids and I would get swimmers itch if we swam. Decent place to live, and not overly expensive compared to the area
Susan Cummins is a very rude and egotistical woman. Extremely mean to anyone with an exhaust leak. Makes life unbearable there🙄
Staff is wonderful!! Carl the maintenance manager is awesome !! Helped us get our lawnmower running!! Went above and beyond!!! Thank you to the whole staff!!! We appreciate you all!!!
