The management of the apartment only values your rent to be paid on time every month, but when it comes to the residents' problem, they do not care or do not value at all. Lack of parking space during the night has become one of the main issues lately for most of the residents who come home later night. The issue has been brought to the attention of the management several times, but they have not taken any appropriate action/measures to solve this problem.

I have only Live here for a year and I’m about to move. My window is broken. My dishwasher is broken. I went to them so many times so many times they never ever fixed it or anything. They just said that oh I’m gonna put it in my note and they never come. They only came ones to take pictures and they did nothing. The stairs have been cleaned once since the building is built . Every morning when we get out of home what we see and walk through is dirt, waste and dust. It is getting disgusting now because no body cares about it like it is not a part of the complex, although they clean everywhere else pretty much. We requested the office many times but they didn’t take any action.
