We loved our stay there, we were in a pinch finding somewhere to stay during busy Spring Break and Norma and Carlos were very helpful. They took exceptional care of us and made us feel very welcome. The two of them were great hosts and made us feel like family every time we walked by or stopped in at the front desk. It was a great location with lots of activities around, and all the people we talked to that were staying there were great as well. 10/10 recommend.

NORMA IS A NICE LADY SHE HAS A HEART OF GOLD AND IS FRIENDLY WE LOVE IT THERE SHE IS HARD WORKING. THE PLACE IS PERFECT hospitality was great. It was clean. The facility was fantastic. 100% gold stars. The security guard was on staff. Norma has been there for 20 years doing an amazing job. Claudia is a cleaning lady and she served us with white gloves service Ramiro Kept the grounds clean and perfect Sarah at the front desk was a doll. In addition Lily was helping Claudia clean the rooms. What a fantastic place.
Awesome location, great service , very very clean , you will not find better
I booked a last minute trip and had a hard time finding a place down on the beach at a reasonable price. Silver Seas was an option so I took a chance with them and I am so happy I did. I was traveling alone and booked the deluxe suite. It had the most amazing views. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was heated and very clean. They even have a resident iguana that was very cool to watch. I will definitly stay there again!
