The photos are so deceiving. We arrived to the lobby, if you could call it that, and immediately noticed the smell. Musty! We got to the room and broke into hysterics. It’s so old and trashy. We literally booked a new hotel for the rest of our stay. The next morning we asked for some beach chairs and towels while we waited for our daughter to arrive. They had two chairs. One had tears in the seat. The towels were old. We tried to get our money back for two of the nights but they refused. How anyone could give it a good revie... read more
Terrible customer service. Predatory operations. Booked through booking.com. A blizzard through our area is preventing travel. I have seen several instances of hotels refunding the deposit. They decided to keep the money even though the trip was cancelled for safety reasons. They then wanted me to plan a whole new vacation over the phone to prevent them from taking the money. The hotel is perfectly located right next to the beach, close to a restaurant, and surrounded by a beautiful area.
Really nice check in lady big and warm pool also very nice view
