We had Silver Sands install another light fitting and are super happy with the result. Dealing with them is stress free now as I’ve gotten to know them and how they operate. They’re friendly, super helpful, kind to their apprentices, efficient at their work, tidy when they leave and reasonably priced.
We had the best experience with Silver Sands Electrical. I rang first thing in the morning for an emergency callout as we had no power. In less than half an hour Cooper arrived and within 5mins he had diagnosed the problem and got straight onto fixing it. Within an hour of me first calling the problem was fixed and we had power back. I call that exceptional service. I was also hugely impressed with Cooper who was super polite, friendly and professional. I will absolutely use Silver Sands Electrical again.
We got quotes to fit 3 ceiling fans. They were the lowest quote and were available to attend our home that day or at a time later in the week. The office contact was a clear, polite speaker, the electricians, Adam and Cameron, were on time as well as friendly and efficient to deal with. The worked quickly and left the workspace tidy. I would happily recommend Silver Sands to anyone in the Mandurah area.
