I know almost all the employees and have been pierced by many of the staff and love them dearly! I often come in just to chat and catch up with the staff, they are very friendly and good at their jobs.

Andrew pierced my 6 year old's ears in September. He was so great! He walked her through each step, no surprises and had the perfect personality for keeping her calm. I have never seen piercings heal so well. No infections, no swelling and only half a day of initial discomfort. She's so proud of her earrings and we are so thankful for Andrew! Thank you!!
Jax was so amazing! My bestfriends and I came in for a spontaneous pericing. Each one of us has peircings in different locations. It was my first nose peircing so I was a little nervous but all my questions were answered and she was absolutely so nice and calming! I love Jax's hamburger kitty tattoo! Definitely recommend this place for peircings. They have many studs, jewels and hoops to choose from for a really good price. ALSO a bundle for the pericing, numbing gel, and the jewel piece for good price! :)
They make sure you're comfortable throughout the piercing and take care of you after, even months later. Highly recommend!! All of the staff are super friendly :)
I have to shout out silver safari in the alderwood mall! My daughter (5) wanted her ears pierced. Wendy the owner is friendly and helpful. She and her assistant pierced my daughters ears quickly and calmly, gave her a little crown and made her feel very special. My daughter didn't even flinch, her ears are not even red! Super impressed!
Went there for a piercing was received by jax was explained the process took the bait ;) and iam know a proud owner of my piercing I don't remember the name but its inside my ear and I no longer have migraines as often as before thanks again Jax from the trucker you pierced about three weeks ago xoxox
