Headshots came with extremely harsh shadows on the face, I also received a master's robe with a sizeable blood stain on the white sash. The stage photo was every poor quality with no flash or additional lighting - difficult to even make out facial features. Griffith University should hire another company OR there should be and overdrive for quality assurance.
I NEVER write reviews but this company is the closest thing to highway robbery. 60 dollars for a single crappy a5 photo is absolutely insane.
One Photographer from my graduation was so rude. We requested for more photos to be taken as we have a bg family but she said no because there is a long line . We waited for 1 hour to get our photos taken but she declined . We only had 1 photo
First in 5 generations to graduate from university yesterday and extremely disgusted with how misleading this company has been. At the ceremony we were told that the photos were free to receive online so I opted for that to capture this special moment with my closest relatives. I expected a professional service, especially since this team was contracted by the university. Unfortunately I paid 35 dollar for a single graduation photo and the result was deeply disappointing. I understand that there are many students but that’s exactly why professionalism matters. When people are paying for once a lifetime moment, the least that can expected is a quick check before moving on the next shot. Absolutely disappointing with the experience.
