I expected a professional service, especially since this team was contracted by the university. Unfortunately I paid 35 dollar for a single graduation photo and the result was deeply disappointing. I understand that there are many students but that’s exactly why professionalism matters. When people are paying for once a lifetime moment, the least that can expected is a quick check before moving on the next shot. Absolutely disappointing with the experience.

For $250 for graduation photos I would expect the photos to be more professional and the photographers to be more attentive. But NO, of the 20 photos I received, I had one were I was blinking (not sure how that the photographer thought to include that in my photos), some were off-centre, flowers cut off or the end of the backdrop could be seen. Especially given there are 20 photos, I would have wanted more variety in poses, with/without certificate and flowers but literally half of my photos were the same.

Extremely poor communication and photos not received after paying, even though they don't even edit the digital files. Phoned and lady said she won't send the digital files over to an email other than the one provided even though she never sent to original email. When asked for the photos she said ir can be downloaded via link in invoice. We paid up front on website, there was never an invoice received. So ridiculous universitie use them.
