Extremely poor communication and photos not received after paying, even though they don't even edit the digital files. Phoned and lady said she won't send the digital files over to an email other than the one provided even though she never sent to original email. When asked for the photos she said ir can be downloaded via link in invoice. We paid up front on website, there was never an invoice received. So ridiculous universitie use them.
The photographers themselves are absolutely fantastic- they are professional, give clear directions, and make you feel super comfortable. The problem is the company's website for ordering photos. It was down all morning, presumably due to high traffic during graduation season. When I was finally able to order photos, my card was charged but I did not receive an order confirmation. Took over a month to even have my frame and plaque shipped. Extremely poor and rude communication from the company. And to top that off, they have sent my items to two completely different addresses. An extremely poor experience.
Ordered the graduation photos, expensive as expected. First it took 7-10 days to receive using Aust Post. No tracking whatsoever and no reply to emails. Photos are sent via normal post. A paper folder holding the photos and sent in an envelope. No protection to avoid photos being damaged or folded during transit. It is a disgrace that so many universities still use this company for graduation portraits!
They take your photo but then don't tell you the price till the day after, when it is to late to take your own. $200 for 4 photos is crazy.
