These guys are great. The one star reviews are people confusing this firm with someone else.
Typical car warranty business. They'll tell you one thing and then change their mind later. Their staff is untrained and have no idea what they're talking about. A supervisor decided to make up provisions within the warranty contract out of thin air. Absolute joke of a company. Carvana is equally a joke for working with these people.
Careful when buying a car from drive time they hide accidents that happen with the car and then when you have multiple issues with the car they won't do anything to help you
