Horrible experience I was in my pajamas upstairs when my dog started barking running downstairs, I run down visibly worried what happened and there was 3 MEN STANDING IN MY HOME. I honestly thought I was about to get robbed or assaulted. They saw I was so scared so they proceed to tell me that Poplar Homes had given them my door key access code for a tour of the property (mind you that I was never notified that people were interested in the property let alone anybody was coming)…. I highly recommend Silver River. They managed renting out my house for 4 years while I was out of the area. They were always professional and kept in good communication about any issues. Transitions between tenants seemed to be handled smoothly, and repairs were done in a timely fashion.
