I called Kyle and he helped me out over the phone. He ran me through what the furnace was supposed to be doing and helped me solve the problem. I really appreciated him helping me even though it meant he didn't get paid because I was able to fix the problem on my own. He definitely won my loyalty!
These guys are the best!!! They're phenomenal!! They're quick and efficient and polite and very knowledgeable!! I won't go to anybody else!! Thank you thank you!! My house is so nice and cool, and so are they!! Rest swamp cooler! DJ took our unit off and patched up the hole and 30 years of nursing a swamp cooler, I don't know why I didn't call them sooner!
