I applied to one of their units. I waited 3 days to hear from the woman who said she's the one who manages the properties. I finally went into the office and found out that my application had been denied due to a student loan that was showing a bad report. I called said loan place and they said I was in good standing. I asked the woman If I could I get an email or fax sent to them to prove that I was in good standing. They still refused me. I have rented from this company for a year now my lease is up and they are allowing me to go month to month without raising my monthly rent like a lot of complexes would. While the other tenants say they cant be contacted... I have the head maintenance man and the wife of the owner, Peggy, cell numbers. Anytime ive called they answer. I have had no problems with them for a long time now, other than being unrespincive and not getting a lot of help with service. But I have recently found out that the owner that I am renting from isn't getting any notice from them about anything we have fixed so she is surprised when she gets the bill. Also, they have lost so many checks, not just mine, and actually called me a liar. I had to move out, because I can't work with people like that.

I agree with what the other person said. I just got evicted because they don't want to put up with me trying to get them to do their job. I spent a weekend with sewage coming up in my bathtub because the refuse to do anything after hours or on weekends. The cannot be contacted at all.

They are the worst landlords on the face of the earth. "the wife", Peggy, is incompitent and clearly does not care at all about the buildings she's in charge of. If you want to move into one of their properties, be prepared to have your requests repeatedly ignored by the management and the maintenance men coming in anytime they like, using YOUR towels, and leaving a hideous mess behind for you to spend hours cleaning after you've returned from a full day of work. I'd like to spread this word to as many people as possible!!
