Horrible rude service. The agents in charge are unprofessional.
My parents just finished selling their beautiful castle motif home of 40 acres of pines and an apple orchard through Mark Silver, the owner and broker for Silver Properties. I was not pleased with his service. He continually lowered their property price by 30,000 intervals, and if that wasn't enough, he also was a double agent, with his agent representing the buyer, which he did not disclose to my parents until my husband discovered it and coerced him into doing so.
