I never write reviews but feel this is necessary. Silver platter served at our engagement party. They showed up a server short, without letting us no beforehand and with no solution. My father wound up filling in. I got multiple complaints about one of the servers (dumping sternos on the grass, emptying drinks on the grass before throwing them out, being abrupt with guests...). I worked for her about 15 years ago.The owner puts her people on a 1099. News flash - we were employees! Before GPS relying on her directions was iffy at best. She made a fortune off of us. Advertise your services on Craigslist or apply to At Your Service. Either one will make you far more.
